Private Equity Fundraising Strategy Position – Leading Placement Agent (London)

Our client is a leading global financial services firm specialising in Private Equity fundraising and investment advisory services. The group have a strong track record in primary capital raising, having successfully raised more than £35bn for well-known institutional clients across middle-market PE.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving fundraising efforts, managing client relationships, and expanding the group’s network of institutional investors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in M&A or PE deal advisory who is looking to further develop their knowledge within private markets advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and Analysis into Private Equity, Private Credit, and Venture Capital Markets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, and fund-of-funds.

• Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch books, investor presentations, and due diligence documents.

• Perform Due Diligence on prospective transactions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience within M&A Transaction Services (Big 4 Preferred), Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Private Equity.

• Exposure to middle-market Private Equity clients through deal advisory / transaction services work.

• A keen interest in the Private Equity space.

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with a keen attention to detail.
