Our Search Services
Contingent
The full fee is paid on completion of placement, invoiced on the day the candidate starts.
Retained Exclusive
Portion of the fee paid upfront and remainder paid on placement, invoiced the day the candidate starts. Typical splits are 50% of the fee paid upfront and 50% on placement invoiced the day the candidate starts however other options are available. You are only liable for the final part of the fee on completion of the search
This is a fully transparent search, we will put together detailed shortlists, directly approach each candidate and share the spreadsheet of who we have approached and their feedback (why they are/aren't interested for instance). Average time to placement - 6 weeks.
Retained + Mapping
50% of the fee paid upfront and 50% on placement invoiced the day the candidate stars (if you would prefer 1/3 on commencement. 1/3 on production of shortlist and 1/3 on completion we can also look at that option). You are only liable for the final part of the fee on completion of the search
You will receive a full market mapping service and we will bring in the search team which has over 12 years executive search and mapping experience and has worked across research, asset management, private equity and C-Level searches. Your lead consultant would still be responsible for managing the entire process, the search team are purely responsible for mapping and sourcing.
Following the completion of the search you are able to retain the map. Average time to placement - 8-12 weeks.
When is a retained solution right for your business?
In many cases, contingent recruitment works. However, in the case of a more challenging position, whether it's time-sensitive, a niche skill set, a critical or senior hire, or there's more than one appointment to make, it's necessary to apply a more rigorous methodology.
The definition of contingent is "by chance' therefore if you would like to achieve a guaranteed result then we must apply a robust search process and more importantly commit to working with you until the position is filled.
