Equity Analyst (Frontier & Emerging Markets) – Major Asset Manager, London

Our client is a major global Asset Manager, who are looking to onboard an Equity Analyst to their London based investment team. The group invest across all-cap Frontier Markets, predominantly across Middle East and Asia.

You will join a small and collaborative team, working directly with senior portfolio managers who encourage lively investment debate and discussion.  The successful candidate will have a keen interest in Global Emerging Markets and be keen to join a leading player in this space.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Conduct fundamental research and analysis on a wide range of companies across various sectors.

·       Identify investment opportunities and generate actionable investment ideas for the portfolio managers.

·       Build detailed financial models to forecast company performance and evaluate potential returns.

·       Perform thorough due diligence on investment opportunities, including industry analysis, competitive positioning, and management assessment.

Requirements:

·       ~3 years’ experience as an Equity Analyst in the Emerging or Frontier Markets space.

·       Proficiency in financial modelling.

·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive under pressure.
