Equity Analyst (Middle East Coverage) – London Based Asset Manager

We are mandated by a leading specialist emerging markets asset manager who are looking to hire an analyst to cover banks and financials equities across the gulf region. This position will be based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading player in EM Equities, and would suit a candidate with a demonstrable passion and interest in businesses across frontier and emerging markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental research and analysis on a wide range of Middle Eastern financials companies, principally banks.

• Identify investment opportunities and generate actionable investment ideas for the portfolio managers.

• Build detailed financial models to forecast company performance and evaluate potential returns.

• Perform thorough due diligence on investment opportunities, including industry analysis, competitive positioning, and management assessment.

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years’ experience within Asset Management or Equity Research.

• You must have some exposure to MENA equities.

• Fluency in Arabic, whilst not required, would be highly advantageous.
