Senior Business Development Role – Hedge Fund (London)

We are partnering with a growing long/short equity hedge fund in London to hire a Senior Business Development professional. The fund is in an exciting growth phase and is looking for a candidate with a proven track record of identifying successful fund managers, either from a manager selection or hedge fund business development background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and establish relationships with emerging fund managers in the equity long/short space

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the fund’s reach

• Onboard new portfolio managers

• Support capital raising efforts in a product specialist capacity

Requirements:

• Proven success in identifying and evaluating fund managers

• Experience with emerging managers (sub $100M AUM)

• Knowledge of equity long/short, event-driven, credit, and other hedge fund strategies

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in joining a growing fund
