Private Equity Associate / Senior Associate – London

We have recently been instructed by a Pan-European mid-market PE firm who have recently concluded a successful fundraise.

The group invest across the mid-market, with typical platform commitments ranging from £50mn - £400mn. They are now looking to grow their investment team with the addition of an associate and senior associate.

The group invest across all industries, with a particular focus on healthcare, consumer, and business services.

This represents an excellent opportunity for PE investment professionals or M&A bankers to further their career at one the city’s most dynamic and growing firms within private markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis: Conduct detailed financial modelling, market research, and due diligence to assess potential investment opportunities.

• Deal Execution: Support transaction processes, including drafting investment materials, coordinating external advisors, and preparing deal documentation.

• Portfolio Management: Collaborate with portfolio companies to enhance operational performance, track key metrics, and drive value creation.

Requirements:

Associate:

• 1-3 years IBD M&A Experience (Analyst 3 – Associate 1). Select management consultants will also be considered with experience managing M&A workflows.

• You must have relevant transaction experience concerning either Healthcare, Business Services, or Consumer.

Senior Associate:

• 2+ years Private Equity Experience

• You must have relevant transaction experience concerning either Healthcare, Business Services, or Consumer.

• You must have a background in M&A banking, with a roster of successfully closed transactions in one of the above industry verticals.

In all instances, you must possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in financial modelling and company valuation techniques.
