Full Stack Engineer Intern - Portfolio Manager Tools

Join an innovative investment management company based in London for a dynamic internship opportunity. We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer Intern to contribute to our portfolio manager tools team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and managing large datasets for industry and company research.

• Developing and maintaining databases for research purposes.

• Crafting database queries and updating financial models.

• Gathering and updating market data.

• Collaborating with the investment team to refine financial models.

• Assisting with other projects and duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python.

• Knowledge of database setup and maintenance (e.g., SQL).

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).

• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.

• Basic understanding of machine learning techniques is a plus.

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree or in-process Master’s degree required.

• UK-based candidates only.

• Must be available for interviews within the next 2 weeks.

• Must have approval to work in the UK without sponsorship.

• Internship will start in May onwards and last for 3-6 months.

• This is a full-time internship role.
