Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned and energetic Director to lead and manage client engagements across a diverse portfolio. This role is essential for nurturing client relationships, providing top-tier strategic insights, and driving new business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Client Engagement Leadership: Spearhead various client teams on key strategic and investment projects, including the origination, design, leadership, and execution of engagements.
Developing Client Relationships: Build and enhance client relationships by:
Delivering research, original content, and compelling presentations.
Customizing methodologies to meet specific client needs.
Briefing senior client representatives and boards with tailored insights.
Gaining deep understanding of client strategies and operations to deliver precise assessments.
Managing project workflows and ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.
Geopolitical and Economic Analysis: Track and analyze global risks and opportunities, leveraging personal expertise to contribute to the firm's comprehensive output.
Collaborative Insight Sharing: Engage regularly with senior advisors and contributors, participate in internal policy discussions, and crystallize valuable insights from the firm’s extensive network.
Intellectual Capital Development: Oversee the creation of the firm’s intellectual outputs, including presentations, memos, and briefings.
Business Development: Identify new client opportunities, develop proposals, innovate new service offerings, and assess potential business ventures.
Team Management: Play an active role in the Director Group to enhance the firm’s infrastructure and growth. Mentor and manage Associate and Analyst-level team members, supporting their professional development and participating in recruitment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Over 8 years of client and project management experience, preferably in strategy or management consulting.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in International Relations, International Affairs, Economics, or a related field.
