Private Equity Senior Associate / VP (US & EU Healthcare) – London

We are instructed by a leading middle-market Private Equity firm who are looking to expand their London-based investment team. Our client is a leading player within the European Healthcare space, maintaining a global presence and a strong track record of successful investments. The group have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and are committed to driving innovation and growth within this space across all healthcare subsectors.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years’ Private Equity (Growth or Buyout) Experience. Applicants from M&A banking or consultancy will NOT be considered.

• You MUST have relevant transaction experience within healthcare.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to contribute to the success of innovative healthcare companies.

• You MUST reside in the UK, with full working rights.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

• Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.

• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate internally, and with external advisors to execute transactions and manage portfolio investments effectively.
