Executive Assistant – Fintech- London

We are excited to be partnering with a prominent Fintech client to hire a highly skilled Executive Assistant (EA) to support their senior leadership team and CEO. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of managing a range of responsibilities across executive support, project coordination, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO, managing calendars, travel, communication, and prioritizing critical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cross-Functional & Project Coordination: Engage with multiple teams, supporting the coordination of internal projects and collaborating with key stakeholders across departments.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including senior executives in the financial sector.

  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute company-wide meetings and events, both internal and external, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 4–10 years of high-level administrative support, with demonstrated experience as an EA in financial services or a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

  • Comprehensive Support: Experience managing not only executive support but also facilitating cross-functional projects and working with a variety of stakeholders, including external financial industry players.

  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and think on your feet.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders and maintain a high level of professionalism.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
