Equity Analyst – Hedge fund- Real Estate- London
A London-based hedge fund is looking for a skilled Equity Analyst with expertise in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in market neutral strategies or sell-side research, with a strong focus on real estate stocks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Analyze real estate companies to generate long and short investment ideas.
Build and maintain financial models to assess valuations and forecast performance.
Present investment ideas and research findings to portfolio managers.
Collaborate with the investment team to align strategies with market insights.
Continuously evaluate and adjust portfolio positions to optimize returns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA is advantageous.
Experience as an Equity Analyst, with a specialization in real estate, from either a market neutral hedge fund or sell-side research.
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis.
