Executive Assistant – Fintech – London

We are collaborating with a leading Fintech company to recruit a versatile Executive Assistant (EA) to support their senior leadership team, including the CEO. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to handle diverse responsibilities, including executive support, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

This Fintech organization places a strong emphasis on flexibility, professional growth, and teamwork. For the right candidate, there is potential to grow into a Chief of Staff role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-tier assistance to the CEO, managing schedules, travel, communications, and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment.

  • Collaborate with various teams to support internal projects and liaise with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners, including high-level executives in the financial sector.

  • Organize and execute company-wide meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4–10 years in high-level administrative roles, with prior experience as an EA in financial services or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Skilled in executive support, cross-functional project coordination, and working with diverse stakeholders, including external financial professionals.

  • Confident in managing multiple priorities in an evolving environment, with the ability to think quickly and act decisively.

  • Outstanding communication abilities, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences while maintaining a polished and professional tone.

  • Adept in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
